Today we start our practical on project management module. It is so cool to have the software to plan and sort out the different stages of the planning and event. I am really looking forward to use that software and what I’ve learnt in project management in the video making process in Wuhan.
Class end at 11am, so that we can prepare for our performance for the student interaction program at night. It was pretty a last minute decision for the all the groups to come together to discuss and combine into a single performance. Although there are miscommunication and delay here and there, all the group’s leaders and members manage to come up with an agreement on how to make the performance a success.
This is how our performance goes:
1. Racial harmony fashion show
2. How Singapore is called the lion city
3. Raffles came to Singapore
4. Different culture coming to Singapore to work and build families
5. The world war
6. NDP dance
The performance turned out to be a success and I am sure that the china students enjoyed themselves very much. They had been laughing throughout the whole performance. Overall I had enjoyed myself very much and also glad the performance is over. (:
Reflection:
I've learnt that if we want to prepare something good for the performance, we need to start preparation early, there is also a need to be patient and understanding towards each other so that no dispute will occur during the process.
